Howzit! My name is Mark Willies and I am a native English speaker from Cape Town, South Africa.
I was an attorney for over 20 years and a business owner for 10 years. I’m also a qualified Business ESL teacher with experience teaching students from diverse backgrounds, both in-person and online.
I specialize in Business and Legal English, helping professionals and students to communicate with clarity and confidence. My lessons go beyond vocabulary — focusing on real-world skills like writing emails, giving presentations, negotiating, and understanding legal or business terminology.
I teach Intermediate to C1 level students and offer private lessons in Cape Town at a convenient location or online. I plan to use Pencil Spaces, which is a dedicated teaching platform, however can meet on a mutually convenient platform.
